I decided to make some muffins, pics and recipe under the cut :D

Now, I also have a question. Thanks to my father, I have a heckload of pasta sitting around, and slowly I'm getting sick of spaghetti. Add to that I have about 2kg of carrots. Anyone have some suggestions what I can do with them? Thanks in advance :D

Does anybody have any experience in baking this cake?
I tried it in Russia and loved it so i wanted to try baking it.
However, the end product from the recipe I found online was not quite the same.
( photos and queries under cut. )
Hi! This is my first time posting a recipe in here! I hope you enjoy it! This is a take on the Jell-O poke cakes, but a lot easier to make!

I continue to impress myself. I've done something like this before, with the Marine Corps Seal. This is for a picnic with my husband's language class, the last one before graduation.
This is the picture I worked off of, it's the Defense Language Institute of Monterey crest (the military language school, my husband is here learning Arabic):

( Wanna see what I did? )

I'm mentioned in a local paper's article on DorkbotPDX!
There’s a mad scientist feel to Allan Ecker, and certainly to his infernal machine, a 3D printer. While I am standing there, the thing produces a sort of plastic Buck-minster Fuller dome, about two inches high and wide, and a spiral that resembles a coiled snake. Ecker explains that the machine is called a MakerBot and that he created it from an open-source schematic.
Yeah. A "feel". Not, y'know, an overbearing gust of soul-twisting SCIENCE WIND that makes you doubt the existence of petty things like Gods and Heroes.

Well now I am obsessed with having FFS done on my brow bone! I keep looking at the brow bone and I get so depressed seeing it. I don't think I have a huge brow bone(I probably do but don't notice it like others would), but more than I want. I really want to get rid of it someday(sooner than later), but I am so scared of the surgery and concerned with the costs. I know overseas is the place where many go, but I am afraid of traveling across the ocean. What surgeons would any of you recommend that have an exceptional track record, and are not over priced in the states?
Thanks :)
Thanks :)

Hey guys! Our comic went live a few weeks ago so we figured we should tell people about it. Alienated is the story of what happens after the world grows tired of the first alien, and his first attempt to try and go out into the world. It’s a story about first love in your thirties, growing up, and maniacal morons who couldn’t plot their way out of their own skulls.
Alienated: A romantic comedy about an alien. Doesn’t get more basic than that.

I finally went and got like half of my hair chopped off yesterday. I'd been thinking about this for some time, but really made up my mind when I was up at Gemini last month. Took me long enough to finally make an appointment, but it looks and feels GREAT! Pictures will be forthcoming once I've re-dyed my hair, which will probably be early next week at this point, although it's saying something that it looks as good as it does with the fade from the previous dyeing and three months' worth of roots showing.
I've done a little work around the place to make it feel more like home. I'm finally starting to make a little headway with that three-year pile of accumulus in my bedroom, so it's at least a little more navigable at this point. There's still much more work to be done, a lot of it is going to involve donating, giving away, and throwing out of stuff.
Speaking of which: is anyone interested in classic Magic: the Gathering cards dating back to Revised/Ice Age/Mirage?
I've also been working on starting a garden downstairs. It had been in total disrepair, overrun with weeds and brush and littered with stones and cigarette butts, but I'm slowly breathing it back to life. The dirt is actually rich with nutrients, it just required a little love and water and effort.
I haven't written about rock climbing much lately, but I'm really starting to test the limits of my strength and endurance. Up until recently I'd been sticking to vertical walls and shying away from the ones that slope backwards, but no more! At this point I'm starting to climb vertical 5.10c walls, and can do several 5.10a and 5.10b sloped walls which require a lot more balance and strength.
And then there's Belden. It's a small riverside town about four hours north of here, which is where Gemini Festival was last month. I'll be there this weekend again; considering how much of a turning point Gemini was for me, and how much I've dealt with (and started to resolve) since then it'll be interesting to see where things go for me.

Yesterday's strip is the comic in question.
This is Uncle Chris' Bargain Week here at the comic! Today's tip: If you live near one (sorry East Coasters) head over to Half Price Books' website and sign up for their e-mail list. They're having a big sale next week and they'll send you awesome coupons for it. 50% off one item next Sunday! I find awesome stuff at HPB all the time. Last week I got the first Starman Omnibus for $16 bucks and today I bought Lucy Knisley's Radiator Days for $6!

So, this girl and I have known each other for 2 years, but only started dating a few weeks ago. I know she identifies herself as a lesbian, but she asked me out and we had a discussion about whether or not she understood that I am a MAN. SHe said that she did, so I said sure. All the time that we spend together... I don't know she looks at me as if she really adores me. I feel pretty similarly. I never felt like we were "the lesbian and her tranny boyfriend", I just felt like we were us... until now. The other day, I said to her, "I'm thinking about try to get on testosterone. How do you feel about that." I admit that it was kind of a lie because I'm not just thinking about it, I've been trying really hard to get it for almost a year now. She said "Why should it make any difference to me?" and I was pretty ok with that answer. But then today, we were talking about Max from the L-word and I said, jokingly, "haha, that's me in a few months." I have to admit that this was also a small lie because it's not so much as a few months as... I little less than a month. She responded with surprise and wanted to know "what changes" she would expect. Now, I know my effects of T pretty well, but... I guess I have two questions:
1) Has any one else here ever been in a relationship with some one whose sexual identity doesn't exactly match your gender so much as your sex? If so, should I be worried? I feel worried... I like... her
2) What are some effects of T that I really really need to remember to say when we have our conversation? Are there any that you've accidently scared any on with? I don't want to... surprise her too much.
Help appreciated... >.>

So after multiple calls last night, UPS said to leave a note with an address where the parcel could be left & they'd deliver it today. I checked with the kind neighbour lady -- they didn't so much as see the truck today. So I call, and press zero repeatedly to talk to a human again.
Oh, we're very sorry for that," I do apologize. There is a note here that they were to attempt delivery again but it shows that the package was held at the depot today instead of going out on the truck."
*much gritting of teeth on my end*
So now they are supposed to have it sent out tomorrow & I am to leave the note telling them where to drop the parcel. I'm strongly tempted to tell them where to shove the parcel instead.

I've looked around the past couple of days on here, and I decided to make an introduction.
Name's Dominick, how 'ya do? I'm just under 20, and I am a FTM. I used to live in Oklahoma, but due to home situation I moved to Bangor, Maine (on my own at the start. I managed to find several great people to share rent in an apartment).
I'm still frustrated at my current state in transition, which has stalled due to financial reasons. I am in therapy, have been diagnosed with GID, and now I am stuck. Money, money, money, everyone wants money that I do not have to give.
Aside from that, I am a bit of a bibliophile, I like bowling, billiards, art, Galaga, and Sherlockiana.
I hope to talk to some of you guys, gals, in-betweens and off-the-charts soon!
